Final modules decision for February

I’ll be sticking with just M343 and M347 for February (no M248 or MS324).

I’ll spend the evenings of my work days studying CT2 and CT3 of the actuarial exams.
That way, I should have three exemptions (including CT1) when I start the MSc in Actuarial Science proper in 2013 (hopefully).

October 2012’s modules should be MST326, M337 and M346, with MSXR209 in May 2013 to complete the undergraduate maths degree.

    Happy New year
Probably best there is a good deal of overlap between MST326 and MS324 and M248 is ‘worthy but dull’ and you probably know it all already. Anyway good luck look forward to doing MST326 with you in October.

  2. I view MST326 as the most difficult course I’ll do at undergraduate level. Not sure whether it or the topology one ranks as the toughest course within the maths and stats programme.
Anyway, now back to reading the M343 materials again. I’ve no idea what to expect from M347. As it’s delivered entirely online, and the forum isn’t open yet….
Maybe you should set up an MST326 preparation sub-forum within your Cambridge problems forum….
